Public Hearing

The Weare Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 29, 2020 beginning at 6:30 PM for hearing public testimony and comment regarding 1) adding fees for walk-ins at Chase Park AND 2) adding a facility use fee for out of town for profit organizations to use the recreational fields including, but not limited to Gazebo, Ineson Field, Purington Field and Bolton Field. Due to the size or the Town Office Conference Room and in keeping with the social distancing rule, people wishing to attend this hearing may be asked to wait in the lobby or parking lot, but everyone will have the opportunity to speak. This hearing will be held at the Town Office Building conference room, 15 Flanders Memorial Drive in Weare, NH. Please note, any person with a disability who wishes to attend this meeting and needs to be provided a reasonable accommodation in order to participate, should call the Weare Board of Selectmen’s office at 529-7525 at least twenty-four hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
