Capitol Improvement Program (CIP)

The Committee projects the capital needs of the town, broken down into its various departments.  A proper CIP projects the major projects for the next 6 to 10 years, providing the Selectmen with a valuable tool for budgeting.  Members of the CIP Subcommittee may be asked to meet at various times to accommodate different schedules.
