Officer Joshua Burner

In 2012, Officer Joshua D. Burner graduated from Kingswood Regional High School. Shortly thereafter he moved to Merrimack, NH to begin his studies in Exercise Science and Kinesiology at Manchester Community College. In 2020, he and his family relocated to Deering, NH to put down roots in a quiet rural setting. The following year, he enlisted in the New Hampshire National Guard and shipped to Fort Sill Oklahoma to begin training as a cannon crew member where he was tasked with manning the M777A2 Howitzer.

In 2023, and upon having made the decision to pursue a career in law enforcement Joshua joined our ranks as a full-time officer. He subsequently attended the 192nd session at our State's Police Academy. In his free time, Officer Burner enjoys spending time with his family, his 2 German Shepherds and maintaining a passion for cooking that he developed at a young age.
