Officer Chad Averill

In 2003, Officer Chad Averill relocated to Weare, New Hampshire. He subsequently graduated from John Stark Regional High School in 2003 where he was involved with athletics and other programs. In 2018, he accepted a position in patrol with the Weare Police Department and later this same year completed the requirements for the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council.  Officer Averill is proud to hail from a family having both military and civil servant history. Since joining our agency, he has completed multiple training courses to include constitutional law, ethics in law enforcement and interview techniques. Officer Averill carries the additional task of assisting with the property and evidence handling and storage. He dedicates attention to the daily operation and overall integrity of the function.
