Zoning Board of Adjustments

The Zoning Board of Adjustment is empowered to grant variances and exceptions to the Zoning Ordinance and issue's permits otherwise prohibited by the Ordinance, when principals of justice and equity compel such result. 
Meetings are the 1st Tuesday of every month @7:30pm

     The Zoning Board of Adjustment  functions a little differently than most of the Town committees or commissions. This Board is a quasi-judicial board that hears cases and makes decisions based on the information that is presented at the time of the hearing. The Zoning Board is always looking for new members. If you think you might like to volunteer, call the office and we would welcome all interested residents.

Forms:  Forms can be obtained directly from the Land Use Coordinator at the Town Office, 15 Flanders Memorial Road - Mon. - Fri. 8:00am - 4:30pm
