The committee was
established to set and review policy regarding retention of public documents and
records. The committee is defined by RSA 33-A:3-a, and requires the
members to be representatives of the Town Clerk, Tax Collector, Assessing,
Treasurer and municipal board. Requirements for record retention for
documents listed in RSA 33-A:3-a are licenses, liens, permits and minutes.
