BUILDING CODE,
IBC 2009 AND IRC 2009
The Building Department administers and enforces the construction codes
adopted by the State of New Hampshire and the Town of Weare. Revenues for the
town are generated through permit fees collected for services provided by plan
reviewing and building inspections. The Building Department promotes community
awareness that protects the life, health and safety of the citizens. A reminder
to all residents that the Town has a Street Number Ordinance requiring all homes
and businesses to post their street numbers; minimum size 2" wide x 3" high.
