Weare Conservation Commission Meetings

The Weare Conservation Commission meets the second Wednesday of each month in the Town Offices conference room. Our meetings are usually televised live on the Weare local access cable channel (Channel 6). We have many ideas we would like to develop and need dedicated people to assist us. Our goal is to assure that Weare's future includes areas where we can hike, hunt, fish, observe wildlife, bike, and trail ride responsibly. You can help by volunteering as an active or alternate member, sub-committee member, or land monitor. If you are a property owner interested in securing a parcel of land in conservation, please feel free to contact us. We can advise you regarding alternatives including easements, sale, and donation.

We invite all to come to a meeting, contact the commission, or contact a member to share your ideas and/or concerns.
